IS introduced Voice over IS (VoIS) in early 2005 as a full portfolio of converged voice services, allowing customers to achieve greater flexibility and cost-effectiveness on all their telephony needs. IS customers receive a reliable communication service and outstanding call quality.

Our portfolio of services include:

• VoIS Community: Calling branches of the same company and other VoIS customers over the VoIS network
• VoIS Contact International: Inbound international Call Centre calls are collected and delivered to Call Centres in South Africa
• VoIS National: Long Distance calls over the VoIS network
• VoIS Cellular: Cellular calls over the VoIS network
• VoIS Global: International calls over the VoIS network
• VoIS Extend: International travellers call a UK fixed line number and are connected to a predetermined VoIS Community destination in SA.
• IS ADSL VoIS: Save money on your phone bill using your IS Business ADSL line.

All converged voice and data services are delivered over the IS MPLS network which was designed to carry both voice and data traffic. VoIS customers can choose the individual components of the service they require and change or add further components as their needs grow.
